Community Foundation for Northeast Florida Scholarships
Scholarship Sponsored by Community Foundation for Northeast Florida
Overview
For the 2026 grant cycle we are accepting proposals from nonprofit organizations whose central mission is assisting older adults or providing support to caregivers of older adults. Grants are intended to deliver direct services to aging residents or to bolster caregivers who support them.
Program focus
Our community is experiencing a rising population of older adults who often live on limited incomes and face unique challenges in preserving quality of life. This funding is dedicated to programs that directly help aging adults or that strengthen the capacity of those who care for them.
