Introduction
The Carnegie-Collier Rotary Scholarship Fund, held at The Pittsburgh Foundation, supports students from the Carnegie-Collier area who are transitioning into postsecondary education.
Award details
- Number/amount: Multiple scholarships are available; individual awards of up to $3,000.
- Duration: Single-year awards. Prior recipients may apply again for subsequent years if they maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.
Important dates
- Application opens: January 5, 2026
- Application deadline: February 17, 2026
Who is eligible
Applicants must meet all of the following:
- Be a graduating high school senior OR a previous recipient of this scholarship.
- Live within the geographic area served by Carlynton and Chartiers Valley High Schools (Pennsylvania).
- Not be related to any current member of the Carnegie-Collier Rotary Club.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
- Plan to enroll in an accredited vocational/technical trade school, or a 2‑ or 4‑year college or university.
- Be available to attend an in-person interview with the Scholarship Committee if requested.
How to apply
- Start and complete the scholarship application by clicking the blue button above.
- Complete the essay portion on the application.
- Upload your FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS). If you do not yet have an FSS, submit a FAFSA to obtain it.
- Provide unofficial academic transcripts.
