Overview
Two scholarships of $1,000 each are awarded to Idaho residents. One award is available to a graduating high school student who intends to begin an engineering program at an accredited college in Idaho. The other is open to college students at any academic level who are enrolled in a natural resources program at an accredited Idaho college. Applications must be submitted by March 1, 2026. The application and requirements will be posted on the scholarship website beginning January 1, 2026.
Eligibility
- Graduating high school senior who plans to enroll in an engineering program at an accredited college in Idaho; OR
- Current college student (any year) enrolled in a natural resources program at an accredited Idaho college.
Application requirements
Applicants must provide the following items via the online application (documents to be uploaded where indicated):
- Personal information
- High school information
- Post-secondary education information
- Personal statement
- Two signed letters of recommendation (to be uploaded):
- One from a teacher, coach, counselor, or principal
- One from a community leader or employer (must not be a family member or an educator)
- Most recent high school or college transcript, including fall semester grades (to be uploaded)
