The Anderson Niskanen Scholarship Fund was created in 1998 by Suama Niskanen Anderson as a memorial to her husband, Elmer Anderson, and her sister, Saima Niskanen. Teachers and students are encouraged to design and paint a collaborative mural (minimum 4 feet by 8 feet) that explores how conservation influences our lives and environment.
